Currently, all of the parties in Grunkia are left or centrist, and the current ruling party is the Liberal Democratic Party, a centrist party. There is the Socialist Party, and the Varist Treeykist Party. The legislature of Grunkia is the Parliament, and the Supreme Law is the Constitution. The Constitution is still in writing, and it is based on the US Constitution. There has been two elections, first one when Gunho Kim resigned, the second one, when Edward Jacobs resigned. The current President is Gunho Kim, and the current Prime Minister is Robert L. Garside.
