1. Micronation or nation must be at least 2 months old to sign a non-aggression pact or a treaty of mutual recognition. 

 

2. Nation must not be biased against a certain religion, race, or gender. 



3. Nation must have a piece of information about their legitimacy (e.g. Website, MicroWiki page)



4. Nation must have actual land, and not a nation that is entirely cyber or fantasy or even partially.
